Which is the best Insightly CRM licence to get started?
It’s no secret that we use and recommend Insightly.
For us, it offers the best functionality and return on investment. When you’re just starting out deciding which license to get is one of the many decision to be made.
Insightly offers three licenses, the Free, Plus and Pro options.
We know free versions are a temptation, but there’s no such thing as a free lunch. They will work for a while, but then you’ll start encountering problems as you build out your workflows. Essentially with a free version, you won’t get the benefit of the CRMs full power or value.
The “Pro” version has automation and will be overkill, at least until you have your workflows in place. So, the “Plus” version is what you will need; it will do everything you need as you get started and probably more.
Five star reasons why Insightly’s plus version is awesome:
1. It gives a great mobile experience
Whether you are working off a phone, tablet or desktop Insightly works really well across all devices and brilliantly on a mobile when you are out and about.
2. It’s easy to use
It really is, plus it has a built in scanner so when you are collecting business cards at the Breakfast Club or a PPN event you can scan them there and then. The information gets sent to Insightly where a real person transcribes it for entry to your CRM – just like that!
We live in our inboxes. Insightly has a great add-on so you can attach email to your CRM with a few clicks, saving time and making keeping track of all our info so much easier.
There is a huge community of Insightly business owners. When we selected our own CRM, we wanted access to other people using it and sharing their knowledge and challenges. The Insightly community gives us access to CRM experts and their services should we ever get stuck!
Are there cheaper comparative licenses?
When it comes to a CRM cost probably shouldn’t be your primary consideration. We get that budgets are important, but actually, when it comes to CRM if you haven’t got the functionality, you’re throwing money at something that won’t ever do what you need. It’s important that you do your due diligence and ensure that the CRM and license you choose is going to deliver for your business.
Don’t forget you’ll still need to configure Insightly for your property business to get the most out of it.
